Fashion Forward by Christina-Lauren pre-authorizes all credit / debit cards for the full price of the plan, unless otherwise stated. The pre-authorization is NOT a charge and you are not responsible for paying for it. We void the pre-authorization immediately, however the time to release the funds back to your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
We require a valid payment method upfront because we are sending clothing out. If someone decides not to return that clothing, we need to have a valid credit card on file to charge them for it. This also ensures your payment method on file for our subscription service is valid and is authorized as the standard payment method when your free trial is over.
